At our online toy store, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please read our refunds policy below to understand how refunds are processed:

Refunds are only available for items that are returned within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a refund. This helps us to verify the purchase and process the refund efficiently.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will issue a store credit instead.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item for a refund.
